Q. When do I send out my invitations? A. On average 3 months before your wedding giving
your guests time to reply and yourself time to organise your reception. Q. When do I need to order my invitations? A. We advise that you order your stationery 16 to 18 weeks prior to your wedding. Shorter times are available and we will do our utmost to meet your deadline. Q. Is there a minimum order number? A. No minimum order is required. Q. What are the costs for delivery? A. Delivery Charges:
We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice. Your stationery will be dispatched by recorded delivery
and as such a signature will be required. Orders may be sent to your home
address, your place of work or a designated address of your choice. Q. Do I have to order in multiples of 10? A. No. Invites can be ordered in exact numbers, so if you require 34 invites that is what you order. Q. What deposit is required? A. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order is required before we proceed with your order. Q. How do I pay? A. You can pay by cheque made payable to ARTY ALTY or you can use PayPal from the Ordering page. Final payment is required before your goods are dispatched. Q. Can I choose my own wording? A. Yes. We have a selection of options with a choice of font styles or we can print your own choice of wording. Q. Do you provide samples? A. Yes. We will be pleased to send you one sample of your choice, free of charge. Further samples may be requested for £2.00 per sample, we charge for the extra samples due to the volume we send out, this cost will be refunded on any future orders. To order additional samples fill in the sample order form. You can pay for you additional samples either via PayPal or by sending a cheque. Please make cheques payable to Arty Alty and send to: Arty Alty, Waterside Mill, Greenfield, Saddleworth OL3 7NH Your samples will be despatched within 5-7 days, once we are in receipt of your cheque. Don't forget to enclose a colour swatch if required. Q. Are envelopes and inserts included? A. Yes. All prices include coordinating colour
envelopes and inserts if appropriate. All inserts are printed in black.
Order of Service prices are including inserts printed on 3 sides. Q. Can I have any design and colour I like? A. Yes. If you have a specific idea of what you
would like we can discuss your requirements with you and produce an exclusive
design just for you. Q. What happens after I have placed my order? A. On receipt of your order form we will produce a proof invitation, which will be sent to you for your approval. Once you are happy with the proof you will need to contact us to let us know so that we can proceed with your order. If any changes are required we will send you a second proof. We will then let you know how much your order will be, and invoice you for a 50% deposit which you can pay for by using PayPal or you can send a cheque made payable to Arty Alty to the address at the bottom of the form. We will invoice you for the remaining amount when your order is completed. Your goods will be dispatched immediately on receipt of your final payment. |
